We visited

friends in Calimesa and took a walk in the hills before heading out to supper.  Good to see you C and I, thanks for dinner, it was yummy!

We came out of the pass at Santa Barbara

We could see oil rigs off shore in the distance.

Train track repair

and drove along the coast on route 1 for a bit before heading inland.  We stopped a couple of times to see the ocean and walk on the beach.
