was, a non sunrise, but like the gentleman I met on the beach said, even a overcast day on the beach is a day on the beach! The condo is about 10 minutes from the free parking lot at Sunset Beach, I plan to be here quite frequently during this vacation.
I had ordered a number of things off of Amazon to be delivered to Mom and Dad's home. As soon as I unpacked them and consolidated the boxes, it seemed as if each item had shipped in its own box, C took the boxes and made a creation/costume!
Gramma A made the boys an angel food cake, the girls decorated it with powdered sugar...maybe we should sugar the cake after they blow the candles out next time!
I've never had the opportunity to watch my niece E in any of her ballet performances before, but on this trip we arrived before her last performance. And so we all went! It was the first ballet some of our group had ever been too and it was E's largest audience! I followed the rules and did not take any photos during the ballet, and then seemed to not get one of our ballerina afterwards, either! But, we certainly enjoyed the ballet and especially E!
I'm sure we had supper, but I don't remember where, then we stopped at Mom and Dad's home to pick up mail and the condo key, to see their decorations and to make plans for them to visit us at the condo. Then we left a car for the kids whose flights were delayed and we headed Southeast.
