Boy Scouts I make them earn their Whittling Chip before they can use their knife, which all of them have gotten for the Christmas nearest their 8th birthday. S memorized the safe knife rules, and demonstrated that she can use a knife safely earning the privilege of carrying ( and using) her knife. Congratulations S!
