was to South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD. Their mascot is, Jack the Jack Rabbit, of course. While the weather was supposed to be clear and sunny, instead we had flurries all day. We visited faculty in the Agricultural Engineering Department and the Aviation Department. To top off our day we sampled some freshly made ice cream from the on campus dairy farm and processing plant. Yum!
