M volunteered for an Eagle Project one Saturday morning in October in Howard SD. I was on my way to a Mom's Coffee so I volunteered to drop him off, I had a little time so I stopped to see Howard's Veteran's Monument and found out that Howard was home to the first library in Dakota Territory!
