Dmitrievich the Don




is the plaque on a new statue by church. He is also know as Dmitry Donskoy who lived from 12 October 1350 until 19 May 1389 and who ruled as the Prince of Moscow, from 1359 and the Grand Prince of Vladimir, from 1363 until his death.  He led a great victory against the Tartars at Kulikovo in 1380.  He is venerated by the Russian Orthodox Church and his feast day is May 19th.
