The Pier at Sunset Beach about 9 miles from the Condo.

at Crow Creek Golf Community in Calabash NC.  R went down to Calabash to look at a few condos and play some golf on Wednesday while I was shopping, the kids were watching movies and then we went huluhooping.  So, on Thursday we went back down, saw the condos again, made our list of pros and cons and made an offer.
