African Green or Vervet Monkey crossing the road, apparently brought as pets for the French colonists in the 17th century, many now roam free.

Yup, that's a pig.

And although they look like goats the tour guide called them sheep...must look that up.

Although I did not get a picture of one we also saw a mongoose which were imported during sugar plantation era.
