I was blessed to be able to fly to New England for my cousin's wedding in late October. My parents drove up as they planned on doing some other visiting after the wedding. My sister D (and nephew H) flew into NYC. Friday morning found my parents picking D and H up at the airport in NYC and then driving on to Connecticut where they picked me up. Our first stop was a Friendly's where we had ice cream ( I had a Black Raspberry cone) where I forgot to take pictures. . .Our next stop was a beautiful rest stop in Vermont where we got out and stretched our legs. Oh, I think we had McDonalds for lunch somewhere, we ate backwards, dessert first, especially Friendly's Ice cream!
