These sculptures of faces behind fences are sculpted by Ye. I. Chubarov and titled _Victims to the Totalitarian Regime_

Joseph Stalin, missing his nose.

Lenin amid other Soviet Signs and some modern sculpture.

A recycling receptacle, a rather rare sight in this city.

A mom and tot class.

are the official names but in English speaking expat circles it is known as the Fallen Monument Park or the Park of Fallen Heroes.  The park was created by the city in 1992 and has over 700 sculptures split into themed areas.  The most well known part, the fallen monument, arrived before 1992.  When the Soviet Union fell in 1991 many statues were removed from their places and hauled to the area and left in their fallen form.  Many have since been placed upright.  Don't be mistaken though, there are plenty of Soviet era sculptures and art throughout Moscow and other places in Russia.
