After Leaving Loro Parque

These tractor trucks were similar to the ones we saw in Crete.

There were huge cisterns everywhere on this island.

We stopped in Icod de los Vinos to see the Drago Tree.  There was a parking garage and in the parking garage was this huge mural, a nativity village and parade vehicles for Madi Gras.

Roadside Shrines were common as well.

we continued driving around the island to the north and west to go back to our hotel a different way to try to see some other sites.  Although there were tons of cool places that we might have enjoyed pulling over and seeing we were all battling car sickness and only stopped to see El Drago.  The roads were twisty and narrow and we were running out of plastic bags...
