This coffee shop was started by a mom and dad of two children with intellectual disabilities. It was called Beau's at first but for his birthday he requested that his sister's name was added! The shop employees people with intellectual disabilities. I think they are the official coffee of the Rachel Ray show, and I've heard that there are business plans available if you want one in your town!
