As part of Halla's schooling, they have to cook, bake, and serve at their school's Friday Luncheon. It gives them real-world experience. Since we were in Russia last year we did not get to attend. Most of this year's luncheons were cancelled due to Covid. Then they began having them but they were for college employees only. Finally, they opened them up to the general public. Roger and I headed down for the first one we could schedule. Lunch was yummy and the desserts were divine and served by Halla and her friend Kara. The blooming trees and flowers on her campus are just ahead of us.
