Thursday, January 19th was clear and sunny, but COLD, it was -10 degrees F when I arrived at the airport in the afternoon. But, I was glad that the snow held off until after I was airborne. Overnight the children got about six inches of snow! I flew to Denver, when we landed it was 60 degrees F. From there I flew into Santa Barbara CA. The airport looks like an old Spanish Mission. After Roger picked me up we picked R's brother B and sister - in - law J up at the train/bus station. They had come up from San Diego to spend the weekend with us.
