There is a children's cancer charity that is supported by the American Women's Organization and the Anglo American School and others. The school was having 3K and 5K to benefit the charity. The Boy Scouts were taking money and handing out tee-shirts. The younger children and I decided to go out and support the cause and enjoy a run in a beautiful park. The girls ran the 5K. C and I ran the 3K. He started out at a pace I could not keep up with, it was an out and back race, and he was headed back before I got to the turnaround. When I got back he was excited to tell people that he had kicked my hiney. The day had started out cold and rainy but ended up beautiful.
