I have yet to find a good hot chocolate mix in the grocery store. Yes, I can find quik but that requires milk to make hot chocolate and milk comes in a liter bottle and it is heavy, so the milk is reserved for cereal and recipes. The powdered hot chocolate is bitter. I have had some excellent hot cocoa in various cafes. So I looked up the recipe I've used in the states that calls for powdered milk and non dairy creamer and confectioners sugar and cocoa and made some! Yum! A good reward for a trip outside for recess.
