I sent a Christmas card to my college friend L, she sent me a letter back, it only took about three months BUT I got it before I left for the USA. I replied to her and asked if by chance she would be in NC again this summer, she was a couple of years ago and I had seen her brother J at the airport. She answered YES! Turns out J had bought a condo at Wrightsville Beach and she and a couple of our other college friends were going to be there the weekend after July 4th. Although I had plans on the 4th and the 7th I had nothing on my calendar for the 5th and 6th, I was thrilled to see these friends again. I had seen J in the airport a couple of summers ago, my last visit with L, L and D was at L's wedding about 25 years ago. Let's do it again but far sooner than 25 years!
