The night before Thanksgiving my sister Sarah had surgery to mediate some damage done by radiation on her colon cancer journey. Unfortunately, she had some complications after surgery and required a two day emergency surgery to fix the complications. After talking to my parents Sunday morning December fifth I was on a plane that afternoon. I am so thankful to my family for making it possible for me to go.
