A prospective colleague and his wife were in town and we were acting as tour guides. R's assistant who has been a real tour guide accompanied us and made the arrangements. They wanted to see the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. E, R's assistant, procured tickets for us to visit the viewing platforms on all four sides of the church. It was a spectacular view of the city! Afterwards we toured the interior of the church but no pictures are allowed inside.
