What do you wear when it is nearly 100 degrees outside?

This morning C insisted on putting on a sweatshirt, rain jacket and his fleece.  I told him it was too hot, but he persisted in getting dressed.  I'm not sure he was outside even a minute before he needed help undressing and rehanging his jackets.  But why listen to mom (who had already been outside and checked the thermometer and the weather channel) when you can try it yourself.
