Mermaids, A Merman and their Assistants

It turns out Mermaids really do have a difficult time on land and needed some help returning to the "sea".

Once they were back in their watery "home" they swam quite well.

The girls had this great idea to use leggings and pillowcases to make themselves mermaid tails.  We found leggings and pillowcases at the thrift store and the girls improvised their tails!  Of course, C wanted to be a merman and they graciously made him a tail too.
