R invited some of his colleagues and their families to come have a picnic at our home. They organized a "little lunch" then we went to the beach to swim, build sandcastles, play volleyball and badminton and sunbathe and visit. Later, we grilled and cooked and ate. We had hotdogs and hamburgers with buns and fixins', they were familiar with the meats but not as much with the fixins' and buns. We also introduced them to roasting marshmallows and making s'mores. We hope they had as much fun as we did!
