I went with a tour guide to an exhibit that was set up like an apartment building. As we moved from one room to the next the decades changed. It began with photos, furnishing, and clothes from before the revolution and then each decade until the '80s. There was also an example of a dacha and the outdoor courtyard of a communal building.
