Ivan Krylov, Russia's most well know fabulist

The sculptures of illustrations of Ivan Krylov's fables.  

Many of the statues in Russia's parks are depictions of Russian fairy tales and fables.  I must pick up an English version of Russian fables and fairy tales as it will help us understand the sculptures.  As the name suggests there once were multiple ponds, there has only been one pond for the last two hundred years.
