Packed and Ready to Go!

R and his colleague A were headed to Belgium as guests of a pharmaceutical company to observe an immunization protocol that they are thinking of implementing.  The plan was to fly to Belgium on Monday, visit a farm Monday afternoon and Tuesday, visit a slaughterhouse on Wednesday with a bit of sightseeing in the afternoon before flying back to Russia on Thursday.  They asked the pharma reps if we ( D and I ) could accompany them ( on our dime, of course ).  Everyone agreed that would be fine, we bought tickets and found a nanny that would take care of our three and their one at our home.  No Visas were necessary, R arranged for the driver to pick us up at 7 am, we left plenty of food and ingredients for borscht, packed our bags and set the alarm.
