Turnout Belgium

City Hall

In a bookstore I saw these maps, the New England Hudson Valley map was stuck in between  several European countries.

Water Tower

The silhouettes on the road signs in Belgium were much more detailed than in the USA.  I never snapped a pic of the deer crossing sign, but their stag was much fancier than ours!

Turnout has a population of about 40,000 people.  We ate lunch and explored a bookstore and the library and lots of neat, beautiful streets.  There were bikes and  flowers everywhere, most of the buildings were brick with tile roofs. The people in this part of Belgium speak Flemish, and English.  Most of the signs were in French and Flemish, many were in English also.
