Living Room

The double door leads to the patio, the hall behind the tree leads to the stairs, bathroom and schoolroom, the door with the window leads to the mudroom, to the right is M's room and to the left is the kitchen.  There will be another couch, I think we'll put it at a right angle to the other couch.  We need a couple of area rugs and some things for the walls...

The Powder Room

Between the living room and the schoolroom, opposite the stairs and including a door into the laundry room is the powder room.
