Happy 120th Birthday Gum!

The flats of flowers were arranged in a quilt like pattern.  They were only going to be in Red Square for a week, and we visited at the tail end of their stay.

The day started out drizzly and I got to wear my new rain boots.

The amount of people headed toward Red square along with the police and barricades confused me, surely I thought, all of these people are not headed to see the flowers.  They were not, there was a car race at Red Square too, and most of the people were headed to the race!
