Saturday afternoon I met a new friend for lunch and a walk around her neighborhood. She arrived on Thursday and her husband had to leave on Friday for business. She was able to join us for Bible study on Friday night. We ate lunch at a delightful Italian restaurant. Then we walked and talked and window shopped. After checking out this jeans shop I was reminded to do our denim shopping in the USA. She is a quilter and wanted to check out this fabric shop. We didn't find any quilting fabric in this shop but we did enjoy our visit. The notions were in a china cabinet, displayed in crystal bowls, vases and glasses. The fabrics were high end garment sewing fabrics, including designer labels, that started at 2000 Rubles per meter (about 60 dollars a yard). We'll keep looking for fabric shops! Welcome to Moscow H!
