was not far from the airport and we were able to see many airplanes on their ascent or descent. There were also a number of hotels, a Metro Cash and Carry ( a German store that we frequent in Russia, similar to a Sam's Club or a BJ's Warehouse) and at least 11 mosques that we could count.
