We wanted to eat some of the seafood that R brought home from AK while his parents were here, so one night he made crab quesadillas and another night I made Roast Salmon, Potatoes & Asparagus, both recipes from the _Huntress Cookbook Alaskan Seafood and Wild Game_ by Lori Bauer that R brought home for me from his trip.
