the carousel was! C didn't ever remember having ridden on one, and it has been a couple of years since we rode on the one in Leavenworth KS. He was so excited, he kept saying, "I love this!" I made certain all of the children were on horses that went up and down, even showed the girls how to check. Adults were not allowed to ride, I could stand by C, but it's not quite the same thing. I, too, love carousels!
