pronounced Goom used to be a state department store during the communist era, today it is a beautiful indoor mall on the Northeast side of Red Square. We found the (free) restrooms, there are restrooms with showers for a fee, had some icecream and posed for some pics. Swatch watches seem very popular here, still. I remember having one in late high school, early college. . .um let's see 28 years ago.
