Delbridge Museum

After the outside part of the zoo we toured the Natural History Museum.  Most of the mounts in the museum were hunted legally by Mr. Henry Brockhouse during the 1940s - 1960s.  He displayed one of the largest private collections in the United States in his hardware store in Sioux Falls.After his death the collection was sold and then generously donated to the city of Sioux Falls.  The museum included a mini playground of animals to climb on and jump off!
