Toilets and Porta Potties

This appears to be a permanent structure.

While in the states we would consider these temporary, they also appear to be permanent.

Public toilets cost money to use.  There is an attendant collecting fees behind the cardboard in the left hand porta potty.  It is helpful to remember that most malls have free public toilets.  But may or may not have toilet paper. . .  It is also important to remember there are no toilets in the metro system.  Lessons learned:  carry toilet paper and take advantage of any and all free toilets seen!
