We had just enough time before supper to go on the first bike ride of the year. The paths were clear of snow and mostly dry. The clouds were amazing and the children's moon was visible. As C rode on the path near the pond I checked the bushes to see if any of the catkins were blossoming yet. They were! and then I noticed that the park maintenance crew had been trimming bushes and there was a bouquet all ready for me to bring home!
