I bought a coat rack at IKEA to hang in the hallway, K hung it up for me. If I put my coat on before my boots and before helping C with his winter gear I am nearly ready to pass out from heat exhaustion before we leave the apartment. But, I don't want to walk back into the apartment in my muddy boots to get my coat, nor do I want to put my coat on the floor while helping C. So, I usually end up putting my coat on the bench while helping C get dressed BUT then no one else can sit on the bench. . .So I bought a coat rack, now I can hang my coat on the coat rack, help C with his gear and then put my coat on right before exiting the apartment!
